Job description:

The Manager, Site Marketing works directly with the Sr. Director, Communications and Marketing, internal teams and clients to develop site collateral and programs to generate awareness, interest and utilization of new and existing on-site health & wellness centers and pharmacies by client employees, family members and others eligible participants. The incumbent directs development and execution of integrated programs, creative elements and collateral including brochures, health fairs, seminars, email campaigns and other outreach programs available for use across the Take Care Health Systems, Employer Solutions Group client base.

The Manager collaborates with Client Services and Operations to ensure awareness and deployment of the business’ site utilization program portfolio. The incumbent engages internal stakeholders to facilitate the inclusion of robust site marketing strategies and plans in all presentations, proposals and feasibility studies for new sites or expansion of existing sites. This position additionally works with Client Reporting and Operations to identify under-performing sites and engage clients and other stakeholders to identify effective approaches and plans to increase site utilization and/or penetration. The Manager, Site Marketing participates in the development of site-based marketing metrics, measurement tools and tracks results to assist in evaluating, redirecting or expanding site-utilization activities.

Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Develops and executes strategic marketing plans to generate awareness, interest and utilization of new or existing on-site health centers and pharmacies

• Collaborates with Operations, Client Services and clients to execute marketing programs in support of site-level plans

• Identifies and directs external vendors to support development of site collateral and other program elements

• Works with internal teams, external resources, including agencies or design partners, and client resources to develop materials that are audience-appropriate and brand compliant

• Maintains library and knowledge of best practices and fosters sharing and proliferation across internal and external stakeholders to drive utilization of health centers

• Monitors existing client sites in collaboration with Operations team to identify under-performing sites; develops and executes communications plans to improve and increase utilization

• Serves on new site implementation teams to plan and execute communications around new site openings

• Coordinates with Customer and Marketing Communications personnel to leverage PR and other internal and external teams to ensure that all stakeholders are engaged in the process and plans

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, MBA a plus

• 5 or more years leadership experience in marketing directly to consumers ideally in an healthcare environment. Strong preference for candidates with experience developing and executing marketing programs for employees in a client environment.

• Client management experience with proven ability to work with new and existing clients to gain their confidence and collaboration a plus

• Strong experience in developing, utilizing and integrating a variety of marketing program and communication tools to foster business growth and client satisfaction

• Experience managing outside agencies and marshalling internal resources to accomplish marketing program goals

• Strong analytical ability with experience developing metrics, measurement plans and recommendations based on analysis of marketing program performance

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Creative, out-of-the-box thinker

• Proactive self-starter with strong organization, planning and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, Outlook
